Retaining Wall Crew Member
Work with the field team on excavation, base preparation, material handling, wall installation, backfilling, grading, and jobsite cleanup. This role is hands-on and outdoors in changing Georgia weather.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to assigned meeting or job locations
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work
- Able to follow measurements and jobsite instructions
- Willing to learn retaining wall preparation and drainage basics
- Respectful around customer homes and property

Hardscape and Paver Installer
Help prepare and install paver patios, walkways, steps, borders, and related hardscape features. The work includes layout, excavation, base preparation, cuts, edges, and transitions to walls and lawn areas.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, hardscape, landscape, or masonry experience preferred
- Comfortable reading basic layouts and measurements
- Attention to level, slope, alignment, and finish details
- Able to work safely with hand and powered tools
- Dependable attendance and communication

Landscape and Sod Crew Member
Support finish grading, lawn restoration, sod installation, bed cleanup, landscape transitions, and final property cleanup after retaining wall and hardscape construction.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
- Basic landscaping experience helpful but not required
- Careful around finished walls, pavers, homes, and existing landscape features
- Able to follow grading and installation directions
- Positive, dependable team attitude

Project Coordinator
Help organize customer communication, estimate information, scheduling, project notes, and field-team updates. This role suits someone who can keep details straight while communicating in a friendly, direct way.

- Able to keep accurate customer and project notes
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Home-service or construction scheduling experience helpful
